Senior C#/.NET Software Developer SEM

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Senior C#/.NET Software Developer. The role is a permanent position based in Zurich Canton.

Your Role:

• Design & implement sustainable internal software solutions for specialist departments in the retail environment & support them as part of the Scrum Agile development process.
• Create software solutions from specification to implementation using C# & Microsoft tools (Visual Studio & Team Foundation Server).
• Proactively assume a leading role in the Scrum team including in the design of sprints (planning & estimation of product backlog items).
• Hold joint responsibility for the maintenance & operation of internal solutions.
• Assist in the daily support of operated trading applications.
• Develop & check the content of technical requirements in collaboration with specialist departments & create coordinated implementation concepts.

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of professional Software Development with C#/.NET.
• Skilled & experienced with Visual Studio, MS SQL Server & Team Foundation Server.
• Very good experience in dealing with Database Management Systems.
• Sound experience within Agile (Scrum) environments. Any experience as a Scrum Master is considered advantageous.
• Professional experience in the banking environment is mandatory. Experience in the retail environment is a plus.
• Ideally experienced in developing Trade & Retail related Applications.
• Preferably experienced with Front Arena.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
• Self-driven, methodical, structured, dutiful & dedicated.
